trademarks are copyrighted by their respective company. HTML code, pages,
keywords, and generated pages are also covered.
No Part of this web site can be copied or reproduced in full or in any
part(s), without the written consent of Diserio Image. Violations will be
prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Diserio Image reserves the right
to change prices and shipping procedures without notification as well as
refuse shipment to anyone, should we feel it necessary.
Product
Sales and Appearance
Products are sold "as is" from the Diserio Image website, without any
warranties unless specified otherwise. Diserio Image has the right to modify
product appearance, construction, and/or design without notice. Products
cannot be returned, under any circumstance, after the limited return date
stated and agreed to with every individual order placed.
Product Colors
Diserio Image has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colors of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual
colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or computer settings, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Privacy
Policy
Diserio Image holds its relationship with customers and their privacy as top
priority. All personal and payment information is limited to the appropriate
employees and discarded after use. We do not keep credit card numbers
on file, and we will never sell a customer's personal contact information to
another company.
At the moment, Diserio Image does not have a log-in to order system.
Customers will not need to remember a log-in name and password to place
orders. Therefore, contact and payment information will have to be
re-entered with each order placed. To speed up the order process, just give
us a call. We will be able to inform of prices and availability, as well as
take payments over the phone.
In the case of a declined credit card, Diserio Image will try to call or
e-mail the customer. Please do not e-mail credit card number updates
or changes. Please be sure to call us in this situation. Diserio Image will
never ask for a customer's credit card information through an e-mail.

Custom Vinyl Work
For vinyl work, including motorcycle and ATV graphics, decals, etc. please
contact Kurt Diserio.

All custom vinyl work is subject to design/set-up fees, plus the cost
of the material. We cannot rush custom vinyl work, so please be patient.
Once the order is placed, we will email you a proof image for your approval.
From there changes can be made, or the order can be submitted for print..
Backorders and Unavailable Items
Diserio Image will not charge your credit card for items that
are no longer available. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone notifying
you that the items are no longer available. If the items are just currently
out of stock and will be available at a specific date, you will be asked if
you'd like to wait. If an item is on backorder, your credit card will
be charged, and an e-mail will be sent updating you on the status of the
backorder.
Payment Options
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
To pay by money orders, you will have to e-mail Sales for a total purchase
amount at
kurt@diserioimage.com. We do not accept PayPal orders or personal
checks.
Credit Card Fraud
Fraud will be reported to FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
Return Policy
All returns must have proper authorization from Diserio Image. No
returns after 30 days of purchase. No returns on custom ordered products.
This includes vinyl graphics, decals, posters, etc. A 20% re-stocking fee
will apply on all returns without size exchanges. Clothing pieces exchanged
for different sizes will not have a re-stocking fee. No refunds on
shipping costs. When placing an order from the online store, customers must
agree to the Return Policy to continue. This Return Policy applies to both
Diserio Image (including Spastic Designs) and all affiliates of the Valley
Cycle Accessories corporation.
Oversize Shipping
Larger sized boxes needed for oversize items may require additional shipping
costs. The online store cannot calculate the cost additions for oversize
boxes, but Diserio Image will contact you with the updates if necessary. |
