Image holds its relationship with customers and
their privacy as top priority. All personal and
payment information is limited to the appropriate
employees and discarded after use. We do not keep
credit card numbers on file, and we will never sell
a customer's personal contact information to another
company.
At the moment, Diserio Image does not have a log-in
to order system. Customers will not need to remember a log-in name
and password to place orders. Therefore, contact and
payment information will
have to be re-entered with each order placed. To
speed up the order
process, just give us a call. We will be able to
inform of prices and availability, as well as take
payments over the phone.
In the case of a declined credit card, Diserio Image
will try to call or e-mail the customer. Please
do not e-mail credit card number updates or
changes. Please be sure to call us in this
situation. Diserio Image will never ask for a
customer's credit card information through an
e-mail.
