Q. What's the best way to contact Diserio Image?
A. By emailing kurt@diserioimage.com. Because Diserio Image does not
currently have a single destination and is spread out between different shops,
email is the most effective contact method. If you have questions regarding the
Spastic Designs product line or custom vinyl work, you can contact Kurt Diserio
directly through email kurtd@spasticdesigns.com or by calling the
motorcycle shop, Valley Cycle Accessories at 304-737-2411. All mail can
be sent to VCA's storefront at 141 Sunset Avenue, Wellsburg WV 26070.
Q. I need a different shirt size. Can I exchange a recent
purchase?
A. Diserio Image has a
30 day return/exchange policy on apparel. If you would
like to exchange for a different size, just return your recently
purchased item to Diserio Image, 141 Sunset Avenue,
Wellsburg, WV 26070 with the receipt. Write which size you
would like to have it exchanged for on the receipt, or e-mail
ahead of time stating that you're returning it for a different
size - kurt@diserioimage.com.
Q. I need something done in a hurry, is this possible?
A. Rush work is
possible, but it depends on how busy we are at the time and the type of work
you're asking for. To get a time estimate, either email
kurt@diserioimage.com or call Kurt at the VCA storefront,
304-737-2411. There may be fees involved with rush work.
Q. If I send you
my own artwork, will that reduce the price of my custom motorcycle/ATV graphics?
A. This depends on the
type of file you send. If you work in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and can
send a vector file that can be easily changed into a print file, this will help
bring down the design fees. The files would be AI, CDR, EPS, or SVG. All other
standard picture files will not work for motorcycle/ATV graphics.
Q. Can I see a picture of custom artwork before I decide if I want to
purchase it?
A. Sorry, but unless
you're having a repeat or copy of a current piece done, all custom artwork must
be paid for prior to starting the design or rough sketch. Vinyl decals/graphics
cannot be refunded once we complete the artwork. If you're having a painting or
computer graphic created, we only require you to pay for the initial sketch
proof at first. Once the proof image is accepted, then the art would have to be
paid for before starting the final piece. If necessary, progress photos can be
arranged as the work is being completed.
Q. Do you accept
PayPal?
A. Only as a
payment method for artwork. For anything other than artwork, we accept
all major credit cards and money orders.
Q. I race a motorcycle/ATV, can I get a sponsorship through Diserio Image?
A. Diserio Image only
sponsors athletes with its Spastic Designs product. Racing resumes can only be
accepted between September 1 through October 30 every year for sponsorship
throughout the following year's race season. Resumes MUST be mailed to Diserio
Image, 141 Sunset Avenue, Wellsburg WV 26070. The sponsorships DO NOT
include custom designed graphics, only Spastic Designs graphics.
Q. I know
somebody who works for Diserio Image, can I just text or call them on their
personal phones for information?
A. NO. Please DO NOT
text questions or call personal cell or home phones to ask questions about
Diserio Image work, including custom artwork, graphics, or products from the
store. Also, please do not ask for free work. Although we may know some of you,
the business operates on a system and cannot give away free work or products.
